We have looked carefully at how various organisations conduct their phone to phone fundraising and from our findings have designed a brand new module that is simple to use without lacking flexibility.

Time Saving – Everything is in one place, your call sets, call outcomes, script editor, sign up details and statistics! You don’t have to sign in anywhere else, everything is conveniently located within your portal available to view anytime, whether on the move or in the office.
Simplicity – Makes the administration for telemarketing much simpler for both Portal and Tablet users. Easily create, edit and manage your call sets, from adding phone numbers to creating customised scripts. On the tablet, easily navigate through the campaign form to secure your sign ups. Everything is quick and easy to do.
Profitability – Using many of our impressive features, fundraisers can more efficiently work through a call set. When your call isn’t getting answered at 9am, our system automatically moves the phone number into a new call window as there may be more chance that you to get through to your donor at a different time of day, instead of wasting time calling the same number at the same time of day. But with our system you don’t have to do anything to make this happen, as once set up, everything happens automatically for you. This maximises the chance of having the call answered, therefore maximising the chance of obtaining a sign up.

The security of personal information is also extremely important to us and having IFS really helps us with this. As soon as a lottery member is acquired, their personal information transfers off the tablet and into the secure Hub. Also, if a PDA tablet is lost or stolen it can be locked down in minutes.
We have been with IFS for a couple of years now and now have 6 campaigns up and running which are a mixture of lottery and regular giving campaigns. What we love about the system is that the portal is available on the go.
